The process is the same for every coin.

1. Open the Cashier. It is the wallet icon with the "+" symbol at the top right of the screen. Choose the Deposit tab, then the Crypto option.
2. Pick your coin. Select BTC, ETH or LTC.
3. Copy the address. Lunaris generates a deposit address for your account. A new address must always be generated for any new transaction — never reuse an address from a previous deposit. You can copy the address or scan the QR code with your wallet app.
4. Check the network. Make sure you are sending on the correct network for the coin you selected. Funds sent on an incompatible network are lost and cannot be recovered. This is the single most common and most expensive mistake in crypto deposits, and it is worth double-checking before you press send.
5. Send the transfer. The minimum is $20 USD with no maximum.
6. Wait for confirmations. Lunaris requires 2 confirmations on the blockchain before the funds appear in your balance. How long that takes depends on the coin and on how busy the network is at the time; it is usually minutes rather than hours.

One more practical note. If you use a VPN, disable it before making a deposit or requesting a payout. Transactions made through a VPN can run into avoidable problems at the processing stage.

Verification comes first. For security reasons, new players may be required to complete KYC verification before a first withdrawal is approved.
