A crypto casino withdrawal at Lunaris is a payout you request from the Payout tab of the Cashier and receive at a wallet address you supply. You submit the request, confirm it by email, and it is then checked against your verification status, your account limits and any bonus still in play. Eligible VIP players can use Instant Crypto Payouts once per week.

How a Crypto Payout Works at Lunaris

Withdrawals are requested from the Payout tab of the Cashier, which you open with the wallet icon and the '+' symbol in the upper right-hand corner. The Deposit tab is where money comes in; the Payout tab is where it goes out.

A crypto withdrawal has two halves, and it helps to keep them separate in your head. The first half happens at Lunaris: the request is submitted, confirmed by email and reviewed against three things — whether your account is verified, whether the amount is inside your limits, and whether any wagering requirement has been completed. The second half happens on the blockchain, once the payout has been approved and broadcast to the network.

Only the first half is something Lunaris or you can influence. Once a transaction is on the chain, it settles at the speed of that network and it cannot be recalled, edited or redirected. That is the fundamental difference from a card payout, and it is why the address and network you enter deserve more attention than any other field in the flow.

For the deposit side of the Cashier, see crypto casino deposits. For the full account-level payout policy across all methods, the withdrawals page is the reference.

Requesting a Payout Step by Step

  1. Open the Cashier and switch to Payout. Click the wallet icon with the '+' symbol, then move from the Deposit tab to the Payout tab.
  2. Check what is available to you. The Cashier shows the methods open to your account and your current limits rather than a generic list. If a method is not visible, it is not currently open to you.
  3. Choose your coin and enter your wallet address. Paste the receiving address from your own wallet. Copy and paste it rather than typing it, then check the first and last characters against your wallet before moving on.
  4. Confirm the network. The address and the network both have to match the coin you are withdrawing. This is the check that cannot be undone later.
  5. Enter the amount. Keep it inside the daily, weekly and monthly limits shown in the Cashier.
  6. Submit the request.
  7. Complete the email verification. Lunaris sends a verification email for the payout request. Until you complete it, the request sits unconfirmed rather than progressing. Do this promptly.

Email verification is a separate step from identity verification. It applies to the individual payout request and confirms that whoever is asking for the money has access to the registered email address on the account.

Verification Before Your First Withdrawal

New players may be required to complete Know Your Customer verification before a first withdrawal can be approved. In most cases, verification is completed within 24 hours.

This is the step that most often surprises players who funded their account in crypto. A crypto deposit does not trigger the roughly 15-minute KYC check that a first card or wallet-service deposit can, so for many crypto players the first encounter with verification comes at the exact moment they want their money.

The fix is simple and entirely in your hands: complete verification while you are still playing rather than waiting for the payout request. If the check is already behind you, the request goes straight into the review queue. Documents go to [email protected]](mailto:[email protected]), sent from the email address registered on your account, and the [account verification page explains what may be asked for.

Verification also gates one of the better features on the site. Cadet accounts have no Instant Crypto Payout eligibility until account verification is completed, so an unverified account is locked out of that programme even if everything else about the request is fine.

Withdrawal Limits Are Shown in Your Cashier

All withdrawals are subject to your account's daily, weekly and monthly limits. You can view your current limits at any time in the Cashier.

Limits are set per account rather than published as one site-wide figure, which is why this page does not quote a number. The Cashier is the authoritative place to look, and it tells you both how much you can withdraw and which methods are open to you.

If a request exceeds a limit, resubmitting the same amount will not change the outcome. The practical answer is usually to withdraw smaller amounts across the relevant period. If a limit does not look right for your account, contact support rather than guessing at the reason.

Instant Crypto Payouts and VIP Levels

Instant Crypto Payouts are available once per week to eligible VIP players, between Monday 00:01 PST and Sunday 23:59 PST. Eligibility and the amount available are set by your VIP level.

This is the one named programme where Lunaris publishes a timing: eligible payouts are typically processed within minutes once approved. The amount available depends on where you sit in the VIP structure:

VIP levelInstant Crypto Payout limit
Orbit MemberUp to $500
StarbornUp to $1,000
CelestialUp to $2,000
Lunar EliteUp to $3,000
CadetNot eligible until account verification is completed

The request itself uses the ordinary route. Submit the withdrawal through the Cashier and complete the email verification process, and if your account qualifies the payout is handled under the programme. The weekly window resets on Monday, so a payout taken on a Sunday and another taken on the following Monday fall into different weeks. Plan around that if you intend to use it twice in quick succession.

Wagering, Sticky Bonuses and Your Balance

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry a 20x wagering requirement calculated on your deposit plus your bonus amount. Bonuses are sticky: the bonus amount itself is not withdrawable and is removed during the withdrawal approval process.

If you claimed a bonus, the wagering requirement has to be finished before a withdrawal can be approved. The arithmetic is deposit plus bonus, multiplied by 20. A $100 deposit with a $100 bonus is a $200 balance and a $4,000 requirement. A $100 courtesy bonus with no deposit attached is $2,000.

Not every wager counts the same amount toward that total. While a bonus is active, Lunaris applies a contribution table:

Game typeContribution
Non-progressive slots100%
Video Poker20%
Blackjack RNG variations10%
Roulette10%
Live games1%

Two consequences follow. A game contributing 10% clears the requirement at a tenth of the rate you might assume, and a bonus is not realistically clearable on live games at 1% — bonuses are not offered on live-casino games in the first place. Alongside the requirement, the maximum win per bonus is $5,000 unless a promotion states otherwise, and real cash is always used before bonus funds.

Individual promotion terms take precedence over this summary, so check the terms of the offer you claimed on the promotions page. If the arithmetic is new to you, wagering requirements explained walks through it in plain language.

Getting the Wallet Address and Network Right

Funds sent to an address on a network that does not match are not recoverable. That is true across the industry rather than being specific to Lunaris, and no support team can reverse it.

Everything else on this page is a delay. This one is a loss. A few habits remove almost all of the risk:

  • Copy, never type. Paste the address from your wallet rather than transcribing it.
  • Verify both ends. After pasting, compare the first several and last several characters against the address shown in your wallet.
  • Match the network to the coin. If your wallet or exchange offers a choice of networks for a receiving address, make sure the one you chose is the one the coin actually travels on.
  • Withdraw to an address you control. Not to a friend's wallet, not to a payment page, not to an address someone sent you.
  • Send a smaller amount first if you are using a new wallet and want to confirm the route before committing the full balance.

The crypto casino security page goes further into wallet hygiene, seed-phrase handling and phishing, and the guide on crypto casino withdrawals covers what to check on the wallet side before you paste an address anywhere.

What Can Delay a Crypto Withdrawal

Most held-up payouts trace back to a short list, and all but the last are things you can check before you submit:

  • Verification is not complete. A first withdrawal may not be approved until KYC is done, and Cadet accounts have no Instant Crypto Payout eligibility until then.
  • A wagering requirement has not been met. The payout cannot be approved while a bonus is still in play.
  • The request exceeds a limit. Check your daily, weekly and monthly figures in the Cashier.
  • Account details do not match. Out-of-date personal information causes avoidable delays, and keeping your details accurate and current is your responsibility as the account holder.
  • The wrong wallet or network. Covered above, and worth one more read before you confirm.
  • A VPN left running. Lunaris does not discourage VPN use in general, but it advises disabling one before any Cashier transaction. A connection presenting a different location during a payout is a straightforward way to create a problem that did not need to exist.

One cause sits outside your control. A withdrawal delayed beyond 24 hours may be undergoing additional verification by the payment processor. Those are standard checks, and while Lunaris works closely with its processors it cannot control or accelerate their timelines.

Where to Get Help

Use [email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) for anything tied to a specific transaction, [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) for account and bonus questions, and [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) for identity documents. Support is also reachable around the clock through live chat, and the [contact page lists every route in one place.

Lead with the specifics: the amount, the date and time you submitted, the coin, the destination address and any reference shown in the Cashier. A request that arrives with the detail attached is resolved faster than one that needs a follow-up email to establish what happened.

For the rest of the cluster, see crypto casino deposits, crypto casino security and the main crypto casino page. Short answers live in the FAQ, and the guides library covers the mechanics in more depth.

Take winnings out rather than treating a larger balance as a larger budget. You must be 21 or over, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if that age is higher.
