Casino Payments & Withdrawals

How Money Moves at Lunaris
The Cashier is the single place where money moves in and out of a Lunaris account. Inside the Deposit tab you can fund your account by card, by Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, or with cryptocurrency; inside the Payout tab you request a withdrawal, which is reviewed against your verification status, your account limits and any active bonus. Nothing on this page applies to you unless you are at least 21 years old, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if that age is higher.
This page covers both directions. The first half walks through deposits — the methods, their minimums, pending card transactions and how a deposit interacts with a bonus. The second half covers withdrawals — how to request a payout, the verification you need first, the limits that apply and what most often holds a cashout up.
# Deposits & Payments
Depositing With a Credit or Debit Card
To pay by card, open the Cashier and select the Credit Card option. Enter the amount you want to deposit, keeping in mind the $50 minimum and the maximum displayed for your profile. You are then asked to choose one of the off-ramp methods offered to you. The off-ramp is the processing route that converts your card payment into a balance on your account, and more than one may be available depending on your details.
On your first transaction you may have to complete KYC before the payment can go through. This is the identity check described in our account verification guide, and the process itself takes about 15 minutes. It is a one-off step for that method: once you have completed it, you can use the same card in just a few clicks on later deposits.
Two practical notes. First, make sure the name and details on your Lunaris account match the payment method you are using. Under the Lunaris Terms and Conditions, each player must maintain a single personal account with accurate and current information, and Lunaris is not responsible for payment delays caused by incorrect account details. Second, if the card is declined by your bank, that decision sits with the issuer rather than with Lunaris, and the usual next step is to try a different method or contact your bank.
Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal
These three methods behave identically to a card deposit in the Cashier, which makes them a straightforward alternative if you would rather not enter card details directly. Open the Cashier, select Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, enter your amount within the displayed minimum and maximum, and pick the off-ramp method you prefer.
As with cards, the first transaction on a given method may trigger the roughly 15-minute KYC step. After that, the method is stored for reuse and later deposits take only a few clicks. If a payment does not complete, do not retry it repeatedly with different amounts; check whether the first attempt is sitting in Pending status first, using the guidance further down this page.
Depositing With Cryptocurrency
Select the Crypto option in the Cashier and choose the currency you want to send: Bitcoin, Ethereum or Litecoin. The Cashier then gives you a wallet address for that transaction, along with a QR code you can scan from your own wallet app rather than copying the address by hand.
Three things matter here, and all three are worth reading twice.
- A new address is generated for every transaction. Do not reuse an address from a previous deposit and do not save one as a stored payee. Always take a fresh address from the Cashier each time you deposit.
- Use the correct network. Sending a coin on an incompatible network may result in the loss of your funds, and that outcome cannot be reversed by Lunaris or by anyone else. If you are unsure which network your exchange or wallet is using, check before you send, not after.
- Two confirmations are required. Your deposit will not appear in your balance until the blockchain has confirmed the transaction twice. How long that takes depends on the coin you chose and how busy that network is at the time.
If you have never funded an account this way, our guide on how to deposit Bitcoin walks through the steps with a wallet, and Bitcoin vs USDT at a casino explains why the coin you pick changes the experience. If two confirmations have passed and your funds still have not arrived, email [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) with the transaction details.
When a Card Deposit Shows as Pending
A Pending status means the transaction has been initiated but has not settled. The first thing to do is email Banking Support with proof of purchase so the team can trace the payment on their side. Include enough detail for them to match it: the amount, the date and time, the method used, and any reference your bank has given you.
In most cases the money resolves itself. Transactions left under Pending status are returned to your bank account the following business day. If that return does not appear, send the transaction charge to the same Banking Support address so the team can review it and credit you. Do not simply repeat the deposit while the original is still pending, as you may end up with two live transactions rather than one.
How Deposits Interact With Bonuses
Deposit minimums and bonus minimums are not the same number, and mixing them up is the single most common reason a player expects a bonus and does not receive one. You can deposit $50 by card or $20 in crypto and play normally, but a bonus requires a deposit of at least $100.
The offers currently available to most players are a 400% Slots Welcome Bonus, which is one use only, a 200% Reload Slot Bonus for eligible returning players, and 10% Rocket Cash. Current terms for each are published on the promotions page, and those specific terms always take precedence over a general description like this one. Not every player or every deposit qualifies for every promotion.
A few rules shape how bonus money behaves once it is credited. Real cash must be used before bonus funds, so your own deposit is spent first. Bonuses carry a 20x wagering requirement calculated on your deposit plus your bonus, and a contribution table determines how much each game type counts toward it. Bonuses are not offered on live-casino games. If any of that is unfamiliar, read how casino bonuses work before you claim one, and see the withdrawals section below for what happens to a bonus when you cash out.
# Withdrawals
Requesting a Payout Step by Step
The flow is short. Open the Cashier, move to the Payout tab, choose your method, and enter the amount you want to withdraw. The Cashier shows you what is available for your account rather than a generic list, so if a method is not visible it is not currently open to you.
Once you submit, you are sent an email verification. This is a separate step from identity verification and it applies to the individual payout request, confirming that the person asking for the money has access to the registered email address on the account. Complete it promptly. Until you do, the request sits unconfirmed rather than progressing.
Double-check the destination details before confirming, particularly for crypto. If you are withdrawing to a wallet, the address and the network both have to be right. Funds sent to an address on a network that does not match are not recoverable, and that is true across the industry rather than being specific to Lunaris. Our guide on crypto casino withdrawals covers what to check on the wallet side before you paste an address anywhere.
Verification Before Your First Withdrawal
Identity verification is the single most common reason a first withdrawal takes longer than a player expects, and it is almost always avoidable by starting it early. You do not have to wait until you want to cash out. If you complete verification while you are still playing, the check is already behind you when the payout request goes in.
Under the Lunaris Terms and Conditions, Lunaris may request documentation at any time to verify identity, address, phone number or payment methods as part of its Know Your Customer procedures. In practice that may mean a photo ID, a proof of address, or proof of the payment method you used, though exactly what is asked for depends on the account. Documents go to [email protected]](mailto:[email protected]), and our [account verification page explains the process in more detail.
Two related points from the terms are worth knowing. Each player must maintain a single personal account, and duplicate or shared accounts are prohibited. The account holder is also responsible for keeping their personal information accurate and current, and Lunaris is not responsible for payment delays that result from incorrect account information. If you have moved, changed a phone number or changed a payment method, update it before you request a payout rather than after.
Withdrawal Limits on Your Account
Limits are set per account, not published as a single site-wide figure, which is why this page does not quote one. The Cashier is the authoritative place to check yours, and it shows both how much you can withdraw and which methods are available to you.
If a request exceeds a limit, the practical answer is usually to withdraw in smaller amounts across the relevant period rather than to resubmit the same request. If you are unsure why a limit is where it is, or you think it does not match your account, contact support rather than guessing.
Separate from withdrawal limits, Lunaris applies maximum payout rules set out in the terms. The maximum win from casino play is $50,000 per gaming session, determined at the discretion of Lunaris management, and certain promotions carry their own maximum winnings caps. The bonus-specific cap is covered further down this page.
Instant Crypto Payouts and VIP Levels
This is the one named programme where Lunaris publishes a timing. Eligible payouts are typically processed within minutes once approved, and the amount you can take through it depends on where you sit in the VIP structure:
- Orbit Member — up to $500
- Starborn — up to $1,000
- Celestial — up to $2,000
- Lunar Elite — up to $3,000
- Cadet — no Instant Crypto Payout eligibility until account verification is completed
The request itself goes through the ordinary route. Submit your withdrawal through the Cashier and complete the email verification process, and if your account qualifies the payout is handled under the programme. The once-per-week window resets on Monday, so a payout taken on a Sunday and another taken on the following Monday fall into different weeks.
Note the Cadet line carefully. An unverified account is not eligible, which is another reason to complete verification early rather than at the point of cashing out.
Wagering Requirements and Bonus Withdrawals
If you claimed a bonus, the wagering requirement has to be completed before a withdrawal can be approved. The calculation is deposit plus bonus, multiplied by 20. On a $100 deposit with a $100 bonus, that is a $200 balance and a $4,000 wagering requirement. On a $100 courtesy bonus with no deposit attached, it is $2,000.
Not every wager counts the same amount toward that total. Lunaris uses a contribution table when a bonus is active:
- Non-progressive slots — 100%
- Video Poker — 20%
- Blackjack RNG variations — 10%
- Roulette — 10%
- Live games — 1%
Two consequences follow. Playing a game that contributes 10% means you are clearing the requirement at a tenth of the rate you might expect, and a bonus cannot realistically be cleared on live games at 1%. Bonuses are also not offered on live-casino games in the first place.
Alongside the requirement itself, the maximum win per bonus is $5,000 unless a promotion states otherwise, and real cash must be used before bonus funds. Individual promotion terms always take precedence over this general summary, so check the terms of the specific offer you claimed. If any of this is new to you, wagering requirements explained walks through the arithmetic in plain language, and how casino bonuses work covers the wider picture.
What Can Delay a Withdrawal
Most delayed payouts trace back to one of a short list of causes, and all but the last are things you can check yourself before you submit:
- Verification is not complete. A first withdrawal may not be approved until KYC is done, and Cadet accounts have no Instant Crypto Payout eligibility until it is.
- A wagering requirement has not been met. The withdrawal cannot be approved while a bonus is still in play.
- The request exceeds a limit. Check your daily, weekly and monthly limits in the Cashier.
- Account details do not match. Out-of-date personal information or a mismatch between your account and your payment method causes avoidable delays.
- The wrong wallet or network was used. For crypto, the address and the network both have to match the coin you are withdrawing.
There is one cause that sits outside your control. As set out in the Lunaris privacy policy, a withdrawal delayed beyond 24 hours may be undergoing additional verification by the payment processor. These are standard checks, and while Lunaris works closely with its processors it cannot control or accelerate their timelines.
# Staying in Control and Getting Help
VPNs and Deposit Limits
Lunaris does not discourage VPN use in general, but it does advise disabling one whenever you transact in the Cashier. A payment or payout initiated through a VPN can present a location that does not match your account or your payment method, and that mismatch is exactly the kind of thing that causes a transaction to fail or to sit unresolved.
Separately, the account area includes a deposit limits tool that caps how much you can deposit over a daily, weekly or monthly period. It is worth setting before you need it rather than after. Lowering a limit applies immediately. Raising one takes effect after 24 hours, and cancelling one takes effect within 24 hours, with your current limit staying active until then. That delay is intentional, so a limit cannot be removed in the moment. If you would rather step away entirely, cool-off and self-exclusion options are also available in the account area.
Getting Help With a Payment or Payout
Sending a question to the right place saves a round trip. Use Banking Support for anything involving a specific transaction, such as a pending card deposit, a payout that has not arrived, a charge that does not match, or a bank statement. Use general support for account questions, bonus eligibility and everything else, and the verification address for identity documents.
Whichever route you take, include the detail up front: the amount, the date and time, the method, and the transaction reference. The more information you provide, the faster the team can resolve it. Our contact page lists every route in one place, and support is reachable around the clock through live chat.
For quick answers you can check yourself, the Lunaris FAQ covers the Cashier, deposits, payouts, bonuses and verification in short form, and the guides library explains the underlying mechanics in more depth.
